Do I need a makeup trial for my wedding?
Yes, makeup trials are highly recommended. It’s best to book your trial in advance, ideally before another special event, so you can see how the makeup wears throughout the day. Mothers of the Bride, Groom, and Bridesmaids are also welcome to book trials. Please note that weekend availability for trials is limited during peak wedding season.

Do you offer hair services?
I specialise exclusively in makeup services. However, I’m happy to connect you with trusted hairstylists in Hawke’s Bay.

How much time should I allow for makeup?
Allow 45 to 60 minutes per person for makeup application. Bridal trials typically take around 90 minutes. On your wedding day, it’s a good idea to allocate extra time for your group (about 30 minutes) for final lipstick touch-ups. I recommend completing all makeup at least an hour before the ceremony starts. A detailed timeline will be arranged with you via email to keep everything running smoothly.

Do you have a minimum booking requirement?
For studio appointments in Havelock North, there is no minimum booking. For on-location makeup services, a minimum booking of three people applies. Travel fees of $1.50 per km (return) will also apply. Please contact me for a custom quote for on-location services.

Will my makeup last all day?
Absolutely. I use high-quality primers and cruelty-free products designed for long-lasting wear, suitable for sensitive and acne prone skin. Every booking includes a touch-up kit featuring your chosen lip shade. If you tend to have oily skin or get warm easily, I recommend purchasing a pressed powder such as the Fenty Invisimatte Powder for quick touch ups throughout the day.
